Our window frames, sashes, mullions, and brick molds in our vinyl windows are solid throughout, making them sturdier than the hollow chambers found in standard PVC windows. With a standard frame depth of 4.5 inches—38% deeper than the industry norm of 3.25 inches—our windows are more robust and provide superior sealing for wall openings. Consequently, our casement windows achieve an impressive Performance Grade of 85, surpassing levels seen in competing products.

The heightened durability of microcellular PVC allows us to manufacture casement windows with slimmer frames and sashes. This results in an extra 1.5 inches of glass in each dimension compared to standard PVC windows. Our internal mullions are a mere 4.5 inches wide, contrasting with the typical 6-7 inches. Available Colors

While the interior color of our windows is white, we offer a range of exterior colors in various affordable factory finishes. Our standard colors are constructed with cap stock (colored PVC) for lighter tones and durable, architectural-grade laminate for darker tones. These finishes are exceptionally colorfast and more durable than traditional paint. Additionally, select windows feature a full-black option for both the interior and exterior. Grille Patterns And Designs

In earlier times, manufacturing large glass panes cost-effectively was not feasible, leading to windows being filled with numerous smaller pieces of glass secured in the sash by bars known as muntins. This divided lite aesthetics has emerged as a coveted architectural feature, particularly in traditional home designs. Utilize our window customization proficiency to enhance the appearance of your new windows.

Internal grilles are positioned between the panes of glass within the insulated glass unit, enabling effortless window cleaning. Our internal grilles come in various profiles, sizes, and finishes.

Simulated divided lites (SDL) are external grilles that are affixed to the exterior of the insulated glass unit, providing a more authentic muntin appearance. Similar to internal grilles, our SDLs are offered in multiple profiles and finishes.
